We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the front office operations for two of our locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and fluency in multiple languages. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk activities, including guest check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
- Scrub the schedule daily.
- Ensure excellent guest relations by delivering personalized service and addressing client needs promptly.
- Oversee and review all patient charts
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth daily operations and effective communication.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the professional standards of the practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or similar customer service roles within a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Strong background in front desk operations, including night audit procedures and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles applied within a resort or healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
