Overview of the Role
As Marketing CRM Manager at Block Equity, you will lead digital communications
and CRM-driven marketing efforts. You will help build and maintain the company’s
brand presence online, nurture leads, engage clients, and support growth through
strategic email and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize CRM campaigns (email marketing, SMS or other channels as needed).
Build and maintain a strong social media presence across appropriate platforms to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Segment client and prospect audiences to tailor messaging, improve
open/conversion rates, and support lead generation.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; report insights and make recommendations to drive improvements.
Help shape and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all
communications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and creating
content.
Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Outreach, HubSpot,
Salesforce, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics to drive
decision-making.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and
priorities.
Comfortable working collaboratively across sales, operations, and leadership.
Experience in financial services, small business financing, or related industries
is a plus (but not required).
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
