DESCRIPTION
Bloc Talent Agency is seeking a full-time assistant to support the Theatrical, Commercial and Dance departments within our busy NYC office in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. All applicants must be available to start as early as August 3rd.
Qualifications:
Experience with iMacs, Microsoft Word, Excel, FileMaker, and Google Docs
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively in a fast-paced environment, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
Someone people-oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and casting

A background in theatre, dance and/or commercials
Familiarity with Casting Networks and Breakdown Services
Previous work experience in an administrative or assistant role within a talent agency or related industry setting
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (with lunch break)
Salary: $850 per week, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, and 401K (after 1 year)
