Compensation: $215,000 - $265,000 annual base salary equity in the company
The Role
We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead our GTM function. You will apply subject matter expertise, pragmatic frameworks, and strong operational rigor to drive key GTM strategy, analytics, organizational planning, and process design. You will be responsible for building the methodologies, systems, and processes that enable efficient GTM planning and scalable execution partnering closely with Sales leadership, Finance, and cross-functional teams on territory planning, GTM resource allocation, quota deployment, and revenue planning.
What Success Looks Like
- You own annual GTM planning workstreams end-to-end and drive successful execution across territory design, headcount deployment, and quota allocation
- You architect complex models—sales capacity, pipeline generation—and bring rigor to commissions governance
- You serve as a trusted operational thought partner to senior leadership, delivering strategic recommendations that are both data-driven and actionable
- You influence across Sales, Finance, and Operations without relying on formal authority
- You build scalable systems and processes that grow with the business, not just solve today's problem
Areas of Ownership
GTM Planning & Execution
- Own annual GTM planning work streams and ensure successful execution of territory design, headcount deployment, and quota allocation
- Architect complex models including sales capacity models and pipeline generation models
- Design, document, and deliver policies for managing account ownership and quota assignment changes
Territory & Quota Operations
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure consistent and timely distribution of territories, quotas, and compensation plans
- Perform regular quota and attainment reviews to ensure accurate performance reporting and commissions processing
- Drive commissions governance across the revenue organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment on revenue planning and execution toward Blitzy's growth objectives
- Serve as a strategic thought partner by delivering scalable solutions and operational recommendations to senior leadership
Systems & Tools
- Develop scalable systems and tools to support GTM planning and operational execution
- Leverage CRM and sales planning platforms such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Pigment, or similar to build repeatable, reliable infrastructure
Required Experience
- 9 years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, and operations; high-growth enterprise technology experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales motions with high-value, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Deep understanding of sales planning processes including capacity modeling, territory design, quota deployment, and headcount planning
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior leadership
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to influence across Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
- Experience with CRM and sales planning platforms such as Salesforce, Anaplan, or Pigment
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, or a quantitative discipline; MBA a plus
