We're looking for someone with real hands-on experience — ideally running mailing inserters — who takes pride in their craft, can manage themselves so others don't need to, and actually wants to understand how the whole operation fits together, not just punch in and punch out. If you already know your way around makeready, jam clearing, and keeping a run dialed in, we want to talk to you.

Oh, yeah, and a positive attitude about improving as a team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and troubleshooting inserters, cutters, folders, and digital printers (will train where you have little or no experience)
• Owning quality and consistency on your runs
• Diagnosing issues fast and performing routine maintenance
• Collaborating with teammates to hit deadlines without the drama
• Contributing ideas to improve workflow — because we actually implement them
• Mentoring and helping train newer team members as you settle in

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Experienced with mailing inserters or similar direct mail equipment
• Mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot and adjust equipment on the fly
• Humble and hardworking
• Curious and self-motivated
• Reliable and collaborative
