What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls to assist patients, doctors, and insurers.
• Provide accurate patient care and triage issues to appropriate teams.
• Document call details and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay updated on product changes and share feedback to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual Vietnames (with strong English proficiency).
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Location & Schedule

• On-site: Pittsburgh, PA.
• Full-time position.
• Monday–Friday shifts between 8 AM – 9 PM (various schedules).
• Option for 4-day, 10-hour shifts (10 AM – 8 PM).
• Rotating Saturday shifts (9 AM – 5 PM).
• Flexibility required as schedules may change.
