Developer Relations (YouTube)

Blink.new
San Francisco, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 5/5/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/21/2026
Our Mission

Software creation has been gatekept for too long. Learning to code takes years. Hiring developers costs hundreds of thousands. Technical barriers have stopped countless ideas from ever becoming real.

We're changing that. Blink is pioneering the frontier of vibe coding—the first platform capable of building agentic AI apps from conversation. Thousands of businesses already ship production-ready software with us. Millions of developers are discovering what's now possible. Backed by Y Combinator, we're defining an entirely new category.

This role exists to show the world what's now possible.

The Role

We're looking for our first in-house creator—someone who will become the face of Blink on YouTube and inspire millions of people to build with AI.

You'll create video content that teaches, entertains, and shows people what they can now accomplish. Tutorials that make complex things feel simple. Content that makes viewers think "I could actually build that."

This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be on camera, building an audience, and becoming a recognized voice in the AI and creator economy space. Your content will reach millions. You'll inspire the next generation of builders.

If you've ever wanted to become an internet personality while doing meaningful work—this is the role.

What You'll Do

Create: Produce YouTube videos—tutorials, demos, builds, and educational content that showcases what's possible with Blink. You own the creative process end-to-end.

Teach: Break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Make AI app development feel accessible and exciting.

Grow: Build and nurture an engaged community. Respond to comments, understand what resonates, and iterate on what works.

Inspire: Tell stories of what people are building. Champion the entrepreneurs, creators, and dreamers using Blink to bring ideas to life.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Existing YouTube channel or Instagram account with a real following (show us your work)
  • Proven ability to create engaging video content—tutorials, educational content, or tech explainers
  • Excellent content sense: you know what makes people click, watch, and share
  • Comfortable on camera with a natural, authentic presence
  • Passion for AI, no-code tools, or helping people build things

Nice To Have

  • Experience in developer relations, technical education, or creator economy
  • Understanding of YouTube algorithm and growth strategies
  • Basic technical background (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to learn and demo products)
  • Video editing skills or experience managing production workflows

Why This Role

Become a known creator. Your content will be seen by millions. You'll build a personal brand while helping build Blink.

Inspire the next generation. Every video you make could be the reason someone finally builds the app they've been dreaming about.

Break down barriers. Software creation has been inaccessible for too long. You'll help change that—one video at a time.

Direct impact. Work directly with the CEO. Shape the voice and presence of a Y Combinator company from day one.

Remote-first. Work from anywhere in the world.

Show us your best work. We want to see content you've created, your on-camera presence, and evidence that you know how to engage an audience.

Bonus: Record a short Loom or video telling us why you're excited about this role and what kind of content you'd create for Blink.
