We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. You must have reliable transportation to get to work every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking (as needed)
- Support staff with clerical and administrative tasks
The hours on this job would typically be 1-5 PM Monday - Friday.
