Blind Pig Barber Company is seeking a Client Experience Host to support our front of house and help shape the hospitality experience in our shop. This role is the first and last impression for every client—focused on warmth, ease, and thoughtful attention to detail.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, community, and working in a calm, people-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients and create a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere
- Manage front desk flow and support daily shop operations
- Prepare and offer complementary beverages responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Anticipate client needs and support barbers as needed
- Help uphold the professional, welcoming environment Blind Pig is known for
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and people-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean space
- Hospitality and customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and read the room
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Pay range: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
