This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience, and seeking opportunities that benefit both the customer and the organization. While much of the work is service-driven and relationship-focused, you will also contribute to thoughtful account growth through customer follow-up, outreach, and participation in trade shows and events.
This position is primarily in-office, with occasional hybrid days and light travel. It offers a stable, salaried compensation structure with annual bonus and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable, responsive pre-order support including quotes, product information, and account setup
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for business account customers, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
- Conduct customer outreach via phone and email to strengthen relationships and support account development
- Review account activity to identify opportunities to better support customer needs
- Represent Blick at trade shows and events (some lifting required, infrequent overnight travel)
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8a to 430p with Overtime as needed
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, art, or related field), or
- Associate’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or
- High school diploma with 5 years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer-service mindset
- Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Solid typing, 10-key, math, and basic analytical skills

- $48,000-$54,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, plus incentives

Salary : $48,000 - $54,000
