Overall Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of all products according to required procedures and time schedules
- Ensure all new hires are properly trained
- Cross-train associates for various functions
- Ensure that needed supplies, tools, and equipment are available to all associates
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure preventative maintenance for all machines and equipment are completed each week
- Perform other related tasks as requested or required
- Excellent decision-making skills
- General knowledge of all products and processes related to custom services and manufacturing
- Intermediate math skills
- Ability to read and comply with written instructions while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively with team members to accomplish desired goals
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs
