Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and service-focused Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire team members through strong communication and a commitment to excellence
- Oversee daily hotel operations and step into any role as needed to ensure seamless service
- Drive performance by achieving and exceeding financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals
- Keep the Front Office team aligned with key operational priorities and service standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that foster loyalty and retention
- Serve as the Front Office “Service Champion,” promoting a culture of hospitality and positivity
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support their growth and success
- Maintain an open-door environment, actively seeking and addressing employee feedback
- Perform additional duties as needed to support hotel operations

Qualifications
- Prior hospitality brand experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Services or as a Front Desk Supervisor (required)
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Front Desk Manager (required)
- Strong ability to multitask and independently manage hotel operations
- Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma required
- Experience with new hotel openings is a plus
