Familiarity with home improvement products and HVAC experience are both a plus. The ideal candidate should be skilled in maintaining excellent customer interfaces and delivering a positive customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing provided reports to enhance inside sales
- Maintaining an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
- Handling order entry and quote preparation
- Working hand in hand with Outside Sales force
