Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
- 2 years of client service, account support, customer success, account coordination, or account management experience
- Strong B2B communication skills (phone, email, client-facing conversations)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Comfortable learning systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Available during business hours (8 am – 5 pm CST)
- Must obtain OK or TX P&C license within 2 weeks of start date (agency-paid prep testing fees)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary service contact for business clients
- Respond quickly to client requests with professionalism and urgency
- Issue certificates of insurance (2-hour response standard)
- Process policy endorsements and coverage changes
- Support renewal preparation and gather underwriting information
- Obtain loss runs and claims documentation
- Assist with claims reporting
- Support surety bid bond requests
- Document all activity in Applied Epic and internal workflows
- Coordinate renewal data collection through Indio and CSR-24
- Support small commercial accounts and renewal presentations
- Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriting teams
- Help producers and marketing teammates deliver exceptional client outcomes
