Summary:

No prior property & casualty insurance experience is required.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University 
• 2 years of client service, account support, customer success, account coordination, or account management experience 
• Strong B2B communication skills (phone, email, client-facing conversations) 
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills 
• Exceptional organization and follow-through 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership 
• Comfortable learning systems, workflows, and SOPs 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment 
• Available during business hours (8 am – 5 pm CST) 
• Must obtain OK or TX P&C license within 2 weeks of start date (agency-paid prep testing fees) 

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary service contact for business clients 
• Respond quickly to client requests with professionalism and urgency 
• Issue certificates of insurance (2-hour response standard) 
• Process policy endorsements and coverage changes 
• Support renewal preparation and gather underwriting information 
• Obtain loss runs and claims documentation 
• Assist with claims reporting 
• Support surety bid bond requests 
• Document all activity in Applied Epic and internal workflows 
• Coordinate renewal data collection through Indio and CSR-24 
• Support small commercial accounts and renewal presentations 
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriting teams 
• Help producers and marketing teammates deliver exceptional client outcomes
