This position is responsible for providing department specific clerical assistance. Duties include specific computerized reports, billing, daily preparation of paperwork, form completion, data entry and other clerical duties as assigned. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Blessing Hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan.

Education/Training/Experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Secretarial school preparation preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and other Office products preferred
- Proficiency in operating typewriter, copier, adding machine, and fax Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing, regulations, and forms for Home Health Agency preferred
