CRT PAY RATE: $29.18 - $43.77

RRT PAY RATE: $32.78 - $48.72

BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE $3.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing Diagnostic Bronchoscopy procedures with use of EBUS and ION systems. The Diagnostic Bronchoscopy therapist will also assist with a variety of respiratory care procedures and functions as prescribed by a physician. This position will include floor therapy. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served for both routine and diagnostic bronchoscopy procedures.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. Education/Training/Experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program.
  
  

Preferred

• Associate OR Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Experience with Diagnostic Bronchoscopy procedures
  
  

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Possess a current Illinois Respiratory Therapy license or letter of authority from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Note: License examination will be taken within 60 days of graduation. Licenses must be received within 90 days of graduation.
• Possesses current ACLS certification.
