Job Summary

• The purpose of this position is to assist with enhancing the customer experience by welcoming staff, patients and visitors entering Blessing Health System entities. At Blessing Health System, our team values and is committed to exceptional customer service. As a Guest Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through a welcoming interaction, assisting with customer navigation, explanation of what will happen next, and treating the customer with courtesy and respect.

• Exemplify being customer-focused.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required to create a positive “first impression” to everyone entering a Blessing Health System facility.
• Responsible for greeting customers by standing then welcoming the customer with a verbal greeting.
• Registers and checks-out guests according to established procedures.
• Displays a professional imagine at all times.
• Ensures facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
• Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the needs of this position operating seven days per week.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Education/Training/Experience:
• REQUIRED:
• High school diploma or GED – must be 18 years or older
• Positive leadership skills and experience.
• Computer literacy is required, must be able to navigate basic computer including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer services skills, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills.
• Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
• License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
• Recognizing and Defusing Aggressive Behavior training
