Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of café operations, including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Monitor kitchen operations and food production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high operational standards
- Culinary experience or kitchen management background preferred; barista or coffee experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to interview candidates and build cohesive teams
