Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate to support program expansion and partner engagement across the U.S. and UK. This is a hybrid, hands-on role combining:
- Program growth and enrollment support
- University and student organization partnerships
- Relationship management and follow-through
- Pipeline coordination and operational execution
You will work closely with our Boston-based go-to-market team and collaborate with colleagues across the U.S., Asia, and the UK. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with people, values clear communication, and wants to grow in an international education and technology environment.
What You Will Do
Program Growth & Enrollment Support (Primary)
- Support conversations with prospective partners from first introduction through program launch
- Guide universities and student organizations through program options, timelines, and participation pathways
- Run follow-up calls, discovery conversations, and program walkthroughs
- Prepare proposals, pricing summaries, and partnership materials
- Take ownership of enrollment and partnership outcomes after ramp-up
University & Student Organization Partnerships
- Conduct warm outreach to U.S. and UK student clubs and university teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with club leaders and academic contacts
- Support campus partnerships through our Campus Business Developer network
- Attend local events, meetups, and campus visits with the Boston team
Partner Communication & Account Support
- Maintain clear, professional communication with active partners via email and Zoom
- Track partner status and support renewals or follow-on opportunities
- Assist with inbound partner inquiries from Asia and the UK when needed
Pipeline & Operational Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of partner conversations and program status in internal systems
- Coordinate student activation and onboarding with Campus Business Developers
- Prepare follow-up notes, summaries, and light presentation materials
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams on outreach messaging and campaigns
Team & Culture Contribution
- Work closely with leadership in our Boston office
- Contribute to building a strong, in-person team culture in Kendall Square
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in higher education, EdTech, partnerships, admissions, business development, or student engagement
- Native-level English with strong writing and communication skills
- Confident in both online and in-person meetings
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM tools or structured documentation systems
- Professional communication style suitable for university and academic audiences
