Blend Pak is searching for Production Workers for our Bardstown plant. In this role you will perform various labor tasks as needed to assist with the production of our delicious products. We are committed to producing the safest, best tasting and highest value food product for our customers and consumers!
What you'll do:
- Comply with all company and industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Sets up production machines each day according to established procedures.
- Operates production machines to produce product in accordance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Manipulates controls in an efficient manner to minimize waste.
- Detects and reports machine malfunctions promptly to management.
- Packages and transports products as needed.
- Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products
- Participates in safety and cleanliness procedures
What you'll need:
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Work Overtime as needed- Avg 45-50 hours per week
- Good attitude and work ethic and works well with others
- We do work with wheat flour, the environment can be dusty at times
- English and Spanish speaking employees onsite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
