The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence south of Chicago, is adding an additional full-time Pharmacist to our growing team. Core duties include ensuring medication access, insurance coordination, coordination of medication delivery, 340b program management, medication therapy management, patient education, interpreting physician prescriptions and medication orders. The pharmacist is also expected to be a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. This position also includes coverage for the on-call schedule approximately one week per month.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 Pay is determined by experience & skills.

Requirements
- PharmD from accredited university
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Illinois
- Two or more years administrative pharmacy experience helpful
- Non-sterile and sterile compounding experience a plus
- Specialty pharmacy experience a plus
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
