Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute, the only Federally recognized Center of Excellence south of Chicago, is adding a Clinical & Community Outreach Coordinator to our growing team! The Clinical and Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, strengthening and maintaining relationships with referring specialists, healthcare providers, and partner organizations. This role has a primary focus on driving new patient referrals and educating outside healthcare organizations and providers about the importance of BCDI's hemophilia treatment center model. The Clinical & Community Outreach Coordinator role combines leadership, analytics, communications, and field-based relationship skills to boost BCDI’s presence in the broader healthcare community. This position is critical to expanding awareness of BCDI’s comprehensive care model, services and core values, while also increasing patient referrals through strategic outreach and engagement.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 dependent upon experience

Requirements
1. Relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Marketing, business development, or sales experience is preferred.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with a proactive approach to outreach.
5. Ability to travel locally/regionally as needed.
6. Experience with CRM or referral tracking tools a plus.
7. Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs.
8. Ability to work outside regular business hours as required by outreach activities/events.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
