What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP?
Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP is an established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Nevada. We are seeking a civil litigation defense attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a licensed California attorney looking to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
We're looking for a driven and experienced attorney to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with a firm partner and, depending on your background, will take the lead on managing your own caseload. You'll be responsible for a full range of litigation tasks, including court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communication, and trial preparation. Trial experience or interest is a plus.
We believe that great people make great firms. That's why we're committed to creating a supportive and balanced work environment where our attorneys can grow professionally and maintain a healthy personal life. We offer comprehensive training, structured mentorship, and flexibility-including remote work options, generous family leave policies, and other initiatives designed to help you thrive.
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary based on experience, medical insurance (with plans that may require no employee contribution), dental and life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
We also offer a performance-based bonus program tied to billable hours. This is a full-time position, and we're looking to hire immediately.
If you're ready to grow your career with a collaborative and respected team, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume to apply.
