Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney (0–5 years of experience) to join our growing Berkeley, California
office. This role includes occasional travel to courthouses throughout California for hearings, settlement
conferences, and trial appearances. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong legal research and legal writing skills
Experience or interest in litigation, depositions, arbitration, and liability matters
Ability to work as second chair on matters and trials (experience a plus, but not necessary)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working independently while taking direction when needed
Embraces innovation and technology-driven legal practice
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $110,000 – $160,000
