We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including basic math for billing
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Assist with bussing tables and providing support to host/host as needed
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Understanding of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
