Positions:
• Regional Sales Manager / Director – Northeast
• Regional Sales Manager / Director – Southeast
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with BLB’s goals
• Collaborate with marketing, applications, regulatory, and supply chain teams
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
2. Driving Revenue & Managing Key Accounts
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Achieve sales targets and expand key account relationships
• Build strategic account plans for long-term growth
3. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
• Prospect new customers within assigned region and industry segments
• Identify new opportunities in beverages, snacks, confectionery, wellness, and more
4. Client Partnership & Onboarding Support
• Build strong client relationships and serve as trusted advisor
• Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and project launch readiness
• Understand client needs and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions
Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience (preferred in ingredients, food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable owning a sales pipeline
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
• Located in—or able to travel regularly within—the Northeast or Southeast region
