Step into an impactful role supporting high school students as a full-time paraprofessional with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 15, 2027, with strong potential for extension if a permanent placement has not been made internally. You’ll join a dedicated school staff in a high school setting, taking an active part in helping students succeed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of one year school-based experience as a paraprofessional
- Strong background using ABA strategies, especially with behavioral needs
- Credentialed candidates (BT or RBT) prioritized
- Active MA license or certification
- Willingness to engage in both 1:1 and classroom-based support as needed
- Comfortable working onsite full-time (32.5 hours per week)
- Ability to start immediately
- Successful completion of CORI and fingerprinting required
- For RBT applicants, please note that district supervision is not offered
