In this role, you will:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, behavior specialists, and support staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational experience
- Track and evaluate student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Partner with families, sharing student successes and collaboratively addressing needs
Key qualifications to succeed:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Prior experience working in therapeutic, behavioral, or alternative educational settings (strongly preferred)
- Excellent classroom management and behavior intervention skills

- Flexibility to teach either middle school (6th–8th grade) or high school (9th–12th grade) coursework
