This full-time, onsite contract position offers an excellent opportunity for seasoned professionals who thrive in dynamic educational environments and have a passion for working 1:1 or in classroom settings. You'll collaborate with educators and specialists to provide essential support, with a strong emphasis on ABA strategies for students exhibiting a range of behaviors. There’s potential for contract extension and even consideration for permanency if an internal hire isn’t made.
Key Requirements:
- Current, valid Massachusetts (MA) license/certification as a BT or RBT
- At least one year of experience supporting students in a school-based setting
- Demonstrated expertise in ABA and behavioral management techniques
- Comfortable working 1:1 with students and flexibly assisting within classrooms
- Must complete CORI and fingerprint background checks
- Available for a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible through June 15, 2027
- Strong preference given to credentialed candidates; active licensure in MA is required
- For RBT candidates: please be aware district supervision is not provided
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group behavioral support in high school environments
- Implement ABA strategies and data collection as part of individualized student programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team for the benefit of each student’s progress
- Adapt to classroom or 1:1 assignments as student needs dictate
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state protocols
