Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements specific to Kansas to be eligible:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Kansas Speech Language Pathology license issued by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Must meet any additional district or state-level background requirements

Primary Responsibilities:
This role supports students with a range of communication needs, helping them reach their full potential within the school environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with educators, families, and school teams to provide tailored therapy services
• Maintaining documentation and reporting in compliance with district and state regulations
• Providing both group and individual therapy sessions
