Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active Sign Language Interpreter certification/license in California
- Minimum EIPA score of 4.0
- Prior experience interpreting in educational settings (K-12) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of both American Sign Language and English grammar, vocabulary, and idioms
- Ability to adapt communication styles for students of varying ages and needs
- Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative spirit are essential
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and effective sign language interpretation for a designated student throughout the school day
