Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students across K-12 in an engaging school environment. This full-time, onsite position is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping children and adolescents develop essential communication skills. Work 35 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year (dates are tentative), and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered team alongside other professionals.

Four positions are available, and both seasoned SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply. The specific caseload and grade assignments will be determined based on district needs, ensuring a tailored and supportive fit for each new hire. New staff members will participate in a comprehensive orientation August 12th–14th, setting you up for a successful school year.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license required (screenshot required with application)
  • Active PEL (Professional Educator License) required (screenshot required with application)

  • Ability to work onsite only (remote work is not available)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Experience in a school-based environment preferred, but open to dedicated Clinical Fellows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to assigned students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school climate
