Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification (for SLP applicants)
- State licensure in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Open to early-career professionals and experienced SLPs/SLPAs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and language disorders across all grades
- Engage families and teachers in developing targeted strategies for student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support each student's needs
