School Psychologist - Trumbull, Connecticut

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current CT Educator Certification required
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a K-12 setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse grade levels and adapting to varying student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and behavioral outcomes
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Promote culturally responsive practices to foster an inclusive school climate
• Maintain thorough and confidential records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
