Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Setting: Pre‑K through 12th Grade
Location: Mesa, AZ

Position Overview
A dedicated Occupational Therapist/Registered Occupational Therapist is needed for an on‑site assignment with a supportive school district in Mesa, AZ. This role spans Pre‑K through 12th grade and focuses on helping students access their educational environment through functional, motor, and sensory‑based support.
General Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy to support students’ fine motor, sensory‑motor, and functional school skills.
Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility and service planning.
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate strategies into daily routines.
Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines.
Recommend classroom supports and environmental modifications to improve access and participation.
Requirements
Master’s Degree from an ACOTE‑accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Arizona OT licensure
Ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday
School‑based experience preferred but not required
Compensation
Pay Range: $56–$68 per hour (based on experience)
