School Nurse or LVN

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1 years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

 Position: School Nurse or LVN

• Location: Ontario, CA 91762

• Assignment Dates: May 27th – June 30th

• Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing direct student healthcare services

• Managing student medical needs and health documentation

• Administering medications and treatments as needed

• Supporting student wellness and emergency response protocols

• Collaborating with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers

• Maintaining compliance with school health policies and procedures

• Requirements:

• Active California LVN or RN license

• Prior school or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a school setting
