School-Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) Peterborough, NH
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated School-Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a full-time role in the Peterborough, NH area for the upcoming 20252026 school year.
Position Details:
Type: Full Time
Start Date: August 28, 2025
End Date: June 18, 2026
Schedule: Monday Friday
Hours: 7:20 AM 2:20 PM
Location: 1:1 assignment with a High School student
Interview Format: Zoom and/or in-person
Responsibilities:
Provide direct interpreting services in American Sign Language (ASL)
Support student learning in both educational and communication contexts
Collaborate with educational staff to ensure accessibility and support
Qualifications:
Active ASL Certification required
Multiple years of experience interpreting in educational settings
Experience with additional sign systems/languages
High School diploma required
Licensure by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) or equivalent preferred
Active license/certifications in the state of New Hampshire required
Previous school-based experience is essential
