Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active RBT or CBT certification is required (please include a copy with your application)
- Demonstrated experience with behavioral intervention or direct student support; previous school-based experience is highly valued
- Any de-escalation or Right Response training certifications should accompany your application, as these are required for consideration
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive student relationships
- Ability to maintain professionalism and flexibility within a school setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral and academic supports to an elementary student, implementing ABA principles under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborating educators
- Monitor, document, and report on progress toward individualized education and behavior intervention goals
- Adhere to scheduled hours:
- Monday/Tuesday: 8:55am-3:35pm
- Wednesday: 8:55am-1:40pm
- Thursday/Friday: 12:00pm-3:30pm (due to outside ABA in the mornings)
- Maintain proactive communication with teaching and administrative staff while supporting a positive learning atmosphere
- Remain with the student and team throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year (immediate start through June 16, 2027)
