- Ability to work onsite exclusively—virtual or hybrid arrangements are not available
- Comfortable collaborating with a supervising School BCBA and participating in team meetings
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support to students with ASD and behavioral needs
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans under the direction of supervising BCBA
- Foster positive student engagement and model appropriate behavior management techniques
- Track student data and progress, collaborating closely with educators and support staff
- Provide consistent, compassionate support to promote student success in a dynamic elementary classroom environment
