Your daily schedule is thoughtfully structured for balance:
- Monday/Tuesday: 8:55 am – 3:35 pm
- Wednesday: 8:55 am – 1:40 pm
- Thursday/Friday: 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm (the student participates in outside ABA therapy in the mornings)
You'll play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere, using evidence-based behavior strategies to support the student's growth and daily success.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current RBT or CBT certification (required)
- Previous experience in school settings (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency with applied behavior analysis
- Training in right response or de-escalation techniques (copies required for application)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered support
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collecting data and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
- Utilizing positive behavioral strategies and de-escalation techniques
