These contract positions require dedicated, compassionate individuals to provide individualized assistance, promote social and communication skills, and help manage behaviors within a positive, structured school environment.
Location & Schedule:
- Positions located in Upper Bucks County, PA, ideal candidates residing near Trumbauersville, Quakertown, or Pipersville
- MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week within a 7:30 AM 4:00 PM window, exact schedule based on grade levels supported
- Assignment duration: ASAP through June 12, 2026 (tentative, aligned with school calendar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct support to students with mild-moderate autism, assisting with educational activities and social integration
- Implement individualized supports and positive behavior strategies under teacher supervision
- Facilitate communication and social skills development in classroom and school settings
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster inclusion and student success
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of paraprofessional experience in school special education programs supporting PreK12 students
- Must reside within 35 minutes of assignment location

- Meet Pennsylvania paraprofessional requirements by holding an associate degree or higher, 48 college credits, or relevant state/local certification; certification can be completed within 60 days if not currently held
