Bring your passion for supporting students to a dynamic elementary environment as a valued paraprofessional. Working full time through the end of the school year, you'll be on site at one of two welcoming elementary campuses, collaborating closely with teachers and staff to provide individual or classroom support to students with diverse learning needs.
This contract opportunity offers a consistent school-day schedule (8:40 AM - 3:20 PM) and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day. You’ll play a vital role in helping students succeed, whether through 1:1 assistance or in a general special education classroom setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting
- Positive professional references (required before contract offer)
- Ability to work onsite and follow a structured daily schedule
- Willingness to complete mandatory onboarding trainings if not already done (DCF, prevention of sexual misconduct, trafficking)
- PMT training is a plus
- Flexibility to support students across diverse educational needs
- Strong teamwork, communication, and a nurturing approach

- Collaborating with educators to implement classroom strategies and behavior plans
