This full-time contract position, running through June 30, 2026, focuses on providing specialized behavioral interventions to students with severe needs, predominantly non-verbal individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement positive behavior support plans tailored to students with severe behavioral challenges.
- Manage a caseload of up to 15 students in a self-contained high school setting.
- Collaborate closely with educational staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Utilize crisis prevention and intervention techniques (CPI certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Maintain documentation and progress monitoring aligned with program requirements.
