Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and professional Paraprofessional to join a school district in Benton, Louisiana. Compensation
Hourly rate: $20.98$27.08 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
Weekly pay and consistent recruiter support provided throughout the duration of the assignment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide classroom and one-on-one support for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Facilitate communication using ASL and ensure full participation in classroom activities
Assist teachers with instructional delivery and behavior support as needed
Support student engagement through patience, consistency, and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality and uphold district standards of conduct
Work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure student success
Requirements
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing preferred
Strong professional references and reliable transportation required
Must complete all background and credentialing requirements before starting
Open to certified Educational Interpreters who wish to work in a paraprofessional capacity
