Position Details
- Location: Winnetka, IL
- School Year: August 27, 2026 – June 11, 2027
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Setting: Elementary (Grades K–4)
- Model: Resource classroom with both pull-out direct instruction and push-in support in general education classrooms
- Caseload: 8–12 students
- Openings: 3
- Onsite Only
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education endorsement, or
- Hold a comparable out-of-state teaching license and be eligible to obtain an Illinois PEL through the ISBE Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS)
- Orton-Gillingham training or certification (SLANT, Wilson, Sonday, or similar) is preferred
