As an engineering intern you will provide drafting and other technical support for engineering disciplines.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Assists with estimating and engineering efforts with quantity takeoffs, drafting, modeling, and data analysis.
- Assists with project engineering efforts with meeting minutes, supply chain coordination, and EOR alignment calls.
- Tracks and monitors design changes, additions/upgrades to all plans including communicating the scope of design changes to the procurement and project teams.
- Supports estimating/project teams with creating/plotting project plans/maps and downloading project files from client websites.
- Enrolled in a four-year Engineering Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural discipline.
- Knowledge of engineering concepts and drafting principles preferred.
- Quick learner and capable of balancing multiple varying tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
