Work outdoors assisting with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
- Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.
- Keeping a safe and clean work environment
- Other labor-related responsibilities
- Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen
- Able to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
- Composite or steel toe work boots
- Construction experience
- Testing experience (Megger, VOC, IV Curve, Voltage)
- NFPA70E certification
