Inside Sales

Cyclone Technology, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a manufacturer of high-pressure water cleaning machines for the US and global marketplace, for municipal, airport, and commercial applications. With over 30 years of experience and an install-base of nearly 500 machines, we have a commitment to innovation, quality assurance, and customer service.  Cyclone sells and rents direct to customers and supports a limited number of regional dealers.

Our team is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative that will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound targeted marketing activities. This position will also assist with qualifying prospective customers, identifying opportunities that warrant a direct meeting with the Cyclone sales team, and performing administrative sales support activities. Ideal candidate must be proficient in developing positive customer relationships. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through CRM, targeted website hits, leads follow-up, outbound quotes, and emails.
• Assist in full life cycle of sales, creating quotes, entering orders, and scheduling deliveries.
• Represent the Company in responding to customer inquiries.
• Maintain CRM information on prospective and existing customers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Insides sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Excel, and CRM tools.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Work Location: Phoenix, office (located near Sky Harbor airport)
