About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with our GM to manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or operations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
